Trey discusses his life as a protestant minister before his conversion and how Andy Griffith inspired him to become a barber. The look and presentation of a man are incredibly important to his pursuit of holiness and his ability to be taken seriously in life.

I am a Roman Catholic Religious Brother and am the House Superior for my Community. Do you have a transcript of this talk that I can share with my Community Members?
John Heinen says
Hi Brother, I am grateful for your comments. We do not at this time. While it is something we want to start providing we need to find someone that is comfortable editing them before uploading. If you, or anyone reading this, know someone who would like to help our ministry in this manner, please let us know.

I was working for the State of Nevada as a Counselor. I rode a bike often to work and parked it in my cubicle.
My supervisor told me that a bike in my place was not “professional”.
This really caught me un protected.
I prayed that night.
When I woke up, a deep voice within me said: “Wear a tie.”
I had one tie and 4 white shirts.
I wore the tie.
I received many comments and continued the tie daily.
Within a few weeks I received an “excellent” on my work.
Within 3 months I was promoted to a state-wide slot.
I continued to wear the tie for the next 15 years.
