I personally agree with what you have written. I would like to take it a step further by making a suggestion. I believe with all my heart that to be the people we need to be to combat the darkness means that we must be children of the Light; the Light of Christ and the Love of the Holy Spirit. How do we do this since we are very limited in our own strengths? We do it by consecrating our very beings to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Immaculate Heart of Mary and in so doing, seeking at every moment to be filled with the Holy Spirit; seeking the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Thus we will be filled with His life, His love, His gifts, His wisdom, His power etc, etc. Satan is to powerful to confront on our own limited strengths. I really believe that the Lord wants “boots on the ground” so to speak. We will be useless without the Holy Spirit dwelling within us. We must adhere to the teachings of the Holy Roman Catholic Church and avail ourselves of the sacraments. The Holy Spirit is definitely available to us but are we available to Him? We are at war spiritually. I for one, am nothing without Him. I so desire to worship him in Spirit and in Truth. We are each chosen to live in these times. I long to hear Jesus say “Well done , good and faithful servant. Come, enter into the Glory of My Father.”
Come Holy Spirit. Come by means of the powerful and loving intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Your well beloved Spouse.

Luke 12:49-59
There will always be division on the Earth. There is good and evil, is there not. We must discern them both and that which is wicked must be revealed/exposed lest it devour nations. We must be Battle Ready. We can not cower for the sake of making our neighbor “feel good.” The Cross is not comfortable, nor should it be. No Cross, No Crown.

Thank you! I forget our history and lose perspective. I have had my fill of lament. This piece inspires and gives us a course of action.
